Chen is a Chinese origin Hungarian lawyer admitted to the Budapest Bar Association.
Starting her professional life with first BA degree in economics, Chen has previously worked 5 years in sales then business development sectors in the economic field. Chen understands the way of thinking of a business, knows the client's perspective.
Graduated in law, from 2012 Chen has joined a tier1 global law firm as an associate, being responsible for Chinese international and SOE entities entering and investing in the EU by providing advices on various types of legal matters. Chen also has formed a core member of this firm's EMEA China focus group, supporting the expansion of its activity.
With 8 years of experience gained in Corporate M&A, real estate and construction, public procurement, EU regulatory law practices, from early 2020 Chen has launched this independent law firm. The aim is to be able to resolve clients' matters in a more efficient and flexible way, while ensuring the quality of legal advices delivered meets the highest professional standards.
